SHIPPING


       When your purchase is completed you will receive two emails from us. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will be sent when your order is completed and shipped and will contain your tracking information.

       All packages are shipped through USPS.

TIME FRAME

         Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days once package is shipped. International shipping takes 6-10 business days once package is shipped.

TRACKING ORDER

         Once you receive your tracking number you will be able to click on the link or go on USPS.com to start tracking your package. Allow 24 hours from receipt of tracking email for the information to show on the system.

RETURNS


        All sales are final and there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Exchanges are only accepted with original packaging. We will not accept any virgin hair that has been installed or altered (combed/brushed, bleached, or colored). Please inspect the hair without removing the bundle wraps or unwrapping the bundles. If any modifications are made to the product your exchange request will be automatically voided.

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE ON CLEARANCE OR PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE FINAL!! There will not be no refunds or exchanges.

Please include your order receipt or note  in the exchange package. If you choose to send a note, the note must include the following:

           - Your Full Name

           - Your Address

           - Email Address

           - Order Number


Once we receive your exchange package, we will contact you via email. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees. However, if Exotic Hair Couture is at fault we will be responsible for the shipping fees.

If it is determined that Exotic Hair Couture is at fault, we will refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
